What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Accommodation Team. The ADA Coordinator will be responsible for supporting specific functions aligning with ADA administration and follow up, owning and driving process improvement, and assisting with case intake leaves and other project-based work as needed. What You'll Do Assist with administration of day-to-day function of ADA such as general inquiries, attaching medical documents to cases, and return to workBe the front line to answer questions regarding leave policies, processes, and ADA status in person and via email or chatOrganize and maintain ADA recordsPreserves confidentiality of employee records and medical documentationMaintains knowledge of all company policies and applicable leave laws including the FMLA, ADA, Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act, and state and local lawsBuild strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholder groups, such as Payroll, HR, Workplace Health, Leaves, as well as employees and managers
What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experienceKnowledge of the ADA and other laws addressing the rights of people with disabilitiesMinimum 1 year of experience in benefits, human resources, or leave of Absence / ADA administration Ability to work with ambiguity, in a frequently changing, fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize work and execute multiple projects and tasks in parallelProven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingProven experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word

Expected Compensation
$23.20 - $42.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
