Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, equivalent certifications, or relevant military work experience
• 1–3 years of experience managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior-level customer and corporate management
• Ability to interpret system security policies, rules, and regulations
• Preferred: relevant IT certifications
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Where required by contract, ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance and access to military installations

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of production AI and agentic systems for complex federal human resources and administrative workflows
• Architect reliable agentic systems with workflow orchestration, model and tool integration, state management, authorization controls, human review, exception handling, and auditability
• Build reusable AI infrastructure, components, and engineering patterns for use across workflows
• Develop prototypes and experiments, assess emerging AI approaches, and bring successful solutions into secure, reliable production
• Design testing, evaluation, monitoring, and failure-analysis methods to measure accuracy, reliability, performance, and operational effectiveness
• Integrate AI systems with applications, data sources, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure while meeting security, privacy, and operational requirements
• Work with government stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and engineering teams to turn operational processes, requirements, and constraints into deployable technical systems
