$100-$110k/yr.

1. Certified Scrum Master with experience facilitating Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies to enable effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.
2. Skilled in leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; removing impediments; managing team dependencies; and supporting Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
3. Experienced in promoting Agile principles, tracking sprint progress, managing risks, and fostering high-performing teams to deliver business value within established timelines. Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, with strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and servant leadership skills.

1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
2. Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.
3. Remove obstacles and impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals.
4. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
5. Support teams in achieving sprint objectives and delivering business value.
6. Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
7. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
8. Ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies and Agile best practices.
9. Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
10. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective communication among team members.
11. Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support organizational change management efforts.
12. Identify risks and dependencies and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance or equivalent Agile certification.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3. 10+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
4. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
5. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
6. Excellent facilitation, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
