Support the PeopleSoft-to-Workday HR systems migration by developing and validating custom Workday reports, analytics, and security configurations. Perform data
reconciliation, resolve reporting discrepancies, and provide post-go-live hypercare and executive-level updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and validate Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and matrix reports based on HR requirements.
Reconcile PeopleSoft and Workday data, investigate discrepancies, and configure reporting security roles and permissions.
Collaborate with HR teams and Accenture on migration support, post-go-live hypercare, and executive reporting.
