zTrip is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Bus Dispatcher to help coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transportation services. This role is responsible for managing daily schedules, communicating with drivers, monitoring service activity, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities of a Fleet Bus Dispatcher:

• Coordinate daily bus routes, trips, and driver assignments.
• Monitor fleet activity and ensure service stays on schedule.
• Communicate with drivers regarding route updates, delays, and operational changes.
• Respond to service interruptions and help resolve issues quickly.
• Track vehicle and driver availability to maintain service coverage.
• Assist with schedule changes and emergency adjustments.
• Support drivers by providing information, resources, and real-time assistance.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, reports, and operational records.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to maximize fleet efficiency.
• Help deliver safe, reliable transportation service every day.

Qualifications of a Fleet Bus Dispatcher:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer service preferred.
• Experience working with buses, shuttles, or passenger transportation is a plus.
