Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and duplicate keys for various applications.
• Diagnose and resolve lock issues for commercial and residential clients.
• Perform rekeying services and install new lock systems.
• Repair and service safes to ensure security and functionality.
• Install and maintain access control and electronic hardware systems.
• Create and duplicate automotive keys.
• Develop and manage master key systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and presenting information clearly.
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Honest, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new skills.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using locksmithing tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Intermediate proficiency with personal computers and mobile devices.
• Flexible schedule availability, typically between 8 am and 8 pm, with some overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Compensation

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid training is provided.
