This primary and pediatric care center operates on a true value-based care model with no fee for service and no RVUs, allowing physicians to focus entirely on patient outcomes and quality care. The clinic provides a supportive, collaborative environment with a full-spectrum patient population and strong administrative support to ensure an efficient and rewarding practice experience.

Opportunity:
Board Certified – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time locum coverage needed beginning September on an ongoing basis while recruiting for a permanent provider
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am – 5:00pm with no late clinic, no call, and no after-hours charting
• 100% outpatient clinic setting with an average of 8-14 patients per day
• Full-spectrum family medicine serving patients from babies to retirees; Internal Medicine physicians may see patients 18 and older
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Promote wellness and preventive care initiatives
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• EMR/Documentation platform: Elation
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Active New Mexico state license required
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
• Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 90 days of full-time coverage
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Travel reimbursement including flight, lodging, and car rental provided
