Pay Range:$36/hr - $37/hr Day to Day: Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. System Management: Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2. Must Haves: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful). Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview). Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems. Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 a week in the designated local market. Plusses: Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
