Are you a reliable and adaptable Family Assistant who thrives in a role where no two weeks are exactly the same? A welcoming family in Springfield is seeking a dependable professional to begin in August and help support their household and their independent 8-year-old son. Although the schedule is part-time and varies each week based on mom's work hours, the family guarantees pay for 40 hours each week, offering the stability of full-time compensation with a flexible schedule. Some weeks will involve helping get their son ready and off to school during mom's early morning shifts, while others will include afternoon school pick-ups and helping him settle into a smooth evening routine. The role also includes meal preparation and providing an extra set of hands to keep daily life running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently adapt to a changing schedule. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy family while building a long-term, trusted relationship in a flexible and rewarding role.
